Actor Jide Awobona give updates on his health status as he post on hospital bed

Nollywood actor, Jide Awobona has expressed joy as he faces his fear.

The movie star, shared photos of him in a hospital bed, as he expressed joy over overcoming his fears.

Jide Awobona stated that though it wasn’t easy, he is grateful that he did it.

“It wasn’t easy but I did it”, he wrote alongside the photo.

Falz calls for prayers as he undergoes surgery

Last month, Nigerian rapper, songwriter, and activist, Folarin Falana better known as Falz had undergone knee surgery.

In a video posted on his Instagram page, the singer revealed that he sustained a knee injury last year while playing football and was advised to go for surgery.

“On the 23rd I went to play football and I sustain a knee injury.

And it’s pretty serious. On November 30th, 2022, I did my ACL. My MRI came back and it shows that there is a complete tear on my ACL.

I have been advised to go into surgery to fix it”.

He captioned it with, “Current situation. It’s a whole journey to being 100% back. Say a prayer for me”.

Sharing the painful video, the music star solicited prayers from his fans, colleagues, celebrities, and lovers.

Many celebrities like Chioma Akpotha, Bobrisky, Toke Makinwa, Toyin Abraham, Juliet Ibrahim, Uche Jombo, Tacha, and a host of others took to his comment section to wish him well.

In other news, Jide Awobona was heartbroken as he mourned the death of a loved one.

Taking to his Instagram page, Jide Awobona revealed that he had lost a close friend of his, Owolabi.

According to him, the deceased had gone to the saloon to have his hair cut and he had promised to call Jide Awobona the next day. Unfortunately, he didn’t live to see the next day as he went to bed and never woke up.

Questioning his death, a heartbroken Jide noted how he wouldn’t see him ever again. He added that he has been trying to act like nothing happened, but it’s hard.
