Popular Nollywood actress Gbemi Anthonia Adefuye, known professionally as Toni Tones has unwrapped some unknown things about her dad on Father’s Day.
Today, June 18th, 2023 is Father’s Day across the world, and actress Toni Tones just like other Nigerians took to her Instagram page to celebrate her dad.
This is coming a few days after Toni Tones pranks her mum in a recorded video where she said her mother did arm robbery and sold drugs so that she can win the $500,000 actor grant.
Sharing a lovely photo of herself sitting on her father’s lap, 37-year-old Toni Tones shares three interesting facts about her dad.
Toni Tones who is well known for her role as young ‘Eniola Salami’ in the award-winning movie ‘King of Boys’ said she has only sees her father cry once and that is when she lost her little brother.
Speaking further Toni Tones said her dad is the type of person that will call her just once and insisted that she has been calling her since.
She concluded that since she was born into this life, her father has never worn clothes of any other colours except white clothes.

1. I’ve only ever seen my dad cry once, when my little brother passed away, and by cry I mean, a single tear rolled down his right eye 🤷🏾♀️ . .
3. My dad will call my name once and drag it out and then say, “didn’t you hear I’ve been calling you since” 🤷🏽♀️
2. My dad only wears white, since I’ve been born, I’ve never seen him in any other colour. 🤷🏾♀️🙂 . . Now you go… .”

josie_de_xii: My dad once cried for me and that was cos he sent me to do something but I didn’t go, instead I laid on the sofa watching TV and he threw slippers at me and cos I didn’t see it coming I fell of the sofa and fainted, I woke up to him holding me and crying… I felt so sad, and the last thing I had from my dad before he passed was water melon, we went to visit him in the hospital and he had some fruits, he sliced the water melon in pieces and gave everyone… The next day he passed😢.
celinaavong: The first time I saw my dad cried was when I said some awful things to him due to some family misunderstanding (long story). He cried and said I’m his most favourite child yet I get to say such to him, I felt it and I was crying and apologizing to him. The second time I saw him cry was at my mom’s funeral. And lastly, this man knows my account number and always asks me for his anytime he needs it, it’s obvious I was the one chopping his money the most. The thing I miss the most about my dad is how we constantly talk over the phone and how he trusts me with his secrets and confides in me whenever someone betrays him or whenever he feels Hurt about something. We always speak over the phone and my friends call him my boyfriend, I never took any relationship seriously because my dad was everything to me. I was depressed when I lost him and I still can’t believe I’m surviving the scars and vacuum left. Our fathers are our super heroes ❤️.

nanxce: I have only seen my dad cry just once.At the burial of his younger brother in 2018.He ran under the rain as soon as the ambulance came into the compound.My Dad is very meticulous and organized.His OCD is on another level and my mum said I took after him and have to control it cos my spouse might not be that way which can be frustrating and irritating.I love that he made me a perfume lover right from childhood.😍❤️.
