The Nigeria Police Community has honoured The state chairman of the National Union of Road Transport Workers Lagos Council Alhaji Dr. Musiliu Ayinde Akinsaya popularly known as MC Oluomo as the South West Zone ambassador.
The good news was announced by on the transport union media page on Instagram, sharing photos of the committee as they decorate their boss.
The statement NURTW media read:
“The state chairman of the National Union of Road Transport Workers Lagos Council Alhaji Dr. Musiliu Ayinde Akinsaya (Mc Oluomo) was appreciated for all his efforts in fostering a reputable work relationships between union and the police community also enhancing effective and efficient contributions to the society by The Nigeria Police Force Community Relations Committee(South West Zone).
The award of the Honorary Ambassadorship for South West zone was presented to the chairman (Mc Oluomo) at NURTW Lagos state State Council by Elder Prince Sunny Yemi Adenowo J.P and other representative of the police community relations committee.
The state chairman stated that for policing to be effective “If You See Something, Say Something. Which will raises public awareness, indicators of terrorism and terrorism-related crime, as we all have a role to play in keeping our society safe by reporting suspicious activity to state and local law enforcement.
