A video is making the rounds on social media where the Delta state government exposes Ashewo (prostitute) Quarters in Sapele and by extension recovers illicit items.
The Delta State Government through its office of Human Trafficking and Illic!t drugs raided a popular hotel along new road in Sapele, and a brothel at Ogun-Aja area in its effort to ensure drug free society in Sapele LGA & Delta state in particular.
In the video, the young ladies who are into prostitution were all gathered outside by the operatives of the Delta State Government and some illicit substances were found.
As expected, the video stirred several reactions online, while many berated the police for intruding on the privacy of the ladies stating that they do patronize them, others expressed disgust at how society has lost its value.
